  • Is the awsHUB Shop secure?

    Yes. The shop site is hosted on a secure server and information sent to and from the server is sent using SSL encryption.
  • Does Adam Walker Studio save my financial details?

    No. We never know your credit card or financial details. For transactions processed by PayPal, we are not given the financial information you enter on the PayPal site.
  • I want to pay by credit card, how can I pay without a PayPal account?

    You don't need a PayPal account. PayPal would prefer you to sign-up to their on-line payment service, however if you look further down the payment page you will see links for paying by credit card (Visa and Mastercard). See the follow image for reference:
  • Returns Policy?

    Adam Walker Studio offers a 14 day return policy if you are not satisfied with your purchase. You will be refunded the full purchase price, excluding any postage cost. The buyer is responsible for all postage costs associated with the return. This does not apply to digitally delivered products. The purchase of digitally delivered products is final, and no refund is offered.
  • "Unrated" Content, does this mean that it is explicit?

    No. Content that is "Unrated" refers to products that do not carry government rating classification. "Unrated" content can only be purchased by someone over 18, as a safeguard to protect the consumer and publisher, rather than an indication of explicit content. Providing "Unrated" content allows independent producers to release material that would otherwise need the expensive international rating approval. You will find all titles that are "unrated" will also have a suggested classification to guide the buyer.
  • I have an issue or question about an item in the shop or my order, how do I contact AWS?

    Use the awsHUB support service (www.awsHUB.com/support). If you have an awsHUB account, please log-in before submitting you question, so that we can provide you with a faster service.
